Life is Good, why not extend
it?
My mother laughs when I tell her that I will live
120 years.....
What I find painfully amusing is how much pain she
and so many others are in at the young age of 77.
She and her doctors say.....
'It's normal,it's just part of aging...'
'You'll just have to learn to live with it...'
'There's
nothing you can do about it, but these pills will
help with the pain.
I know that none of us want to
live an extra 50 years in pain, out of breath and
unable to remember our own child’s name.
The good news is that I’m not crazy. More
and more centurions are being documented every year.
Have they found the fountain of youth?
Is it possible to extend your lifespan and become
healthier in later years by changing behavior and
seeking certain types of care? ABSOLUTELY!
Just look at the 160-year-old Rat, the 400-year-old
Caterpillar, and the amazing Roundworms that live
past the 500-year mark, in 'animal years' of course.
Modern science can actually make certain species
live to these ages, while remaining in great health,
they are regular Methuselahs! After all, the biblical
Methuselah, ancestor to Noah, was said to have lived
969 years. And then there is the Methuselah Tree,
which is thought to be the world's oldest living
thing, it has endured almost five times as long
(4,845 years).

And then there is Li Qing Yuen, the oldest person
I have heard of. He is documented to have lived
to be 252 years old. His life span has been verified
by modern scholars. Born in 1678 in the mountains
southwest of China, he ran away from home at the
age of eleven with three travelers. Yuen died in
1930, reportedly after a banquet presented in his
honor by a government official. He had married during
his lifetime fourteen times and lived through eleven
generations of his own descendants, of which he
had almost two hundred during two and a half centuries
of life.
Average Life Spans
Statistics show that the human life span has been
growing dramatically since the 1700’s. A person
born in 1776 could expect to live mere 35 years.
By the year 1900, the average life span was only
47 years. But a girl baby born today can expect
to live 79 years, and a boy baby 72. Good news,
the older we get the greater our life expectancy.
A woman who lives to 65 has another 18.9 years on
average to live (83), and a woman who lives to age
85 will average another 6 years of life (91).
So what about people like Li Qing Yuen who was born
in 1678 and lived to 1930? Well the good news is
that those travelers he ran away from home with
were in the herbal trade business. Together Li and
his three teachers traveled throughout China, Tibet,
and Southeast Asia, studying the herbal traditions
of all the various regions. It is said that Master
Li’s diet consisted of small amounts of meat,
root vegetables and limited his consumption of grain.
He lived mainly on steamed vegetables and herbs
and lived to be 252 years old.
In 1900, only one out of every 100,000 people lived
to be 100 years old; today, one out of every 8-10,000
people makes it to 100. Our population of centenarians
is growing by 8% each year, as opposed to a growth
rate of only 1% for the population at large. Today,
there are 50,000 centenarians in the United States.
But there are projected to be one million by the
year 2050!
Will the human life span continue to grow, until
we have a country of Methusalahs and Li Qing Yuens?
Probably not. Many aging experts project that the
average human life span will not extend much beyond
85, without major breakthroughs in the biology of
aging. Besides, most people's reaction to the idea
of living to 100 is, "no thanks", unless
they can be guaranteed that they will be vigorous,
active, and mentally intact at a 100 years old.
The goal of "adding
life to years" rather
than simply "adding
years to life" is
what most people hope for.
How realistic is it to hope that we can affect the
aging process? Many people feel that life expectancy
is "all in the genes", and that the aging
process is little affected by our living habits.
However, several scientific studies have looked
at the aging processes of twins who were reared
together and apart, in order to look at the contributions
of genetics vs. living habits to longevity. Two
famous twins' studies found that aging was less
related to genetic factors than to lifestyle and
health behaviors. So there is a lot of evidence
that suggests that we can, indeed, affect the aging
process, as Li Qing Yuen did.
Just from current trends, your grandchildren will
likely have an average life expectancy of 100 years.
The Master of All
Hormones
There is wide and growing agreement among both conventional
and alternative doctors that there is a Golden Master
KEY, the magic mechanism that runs your biological
clock and drives all your body systems. Can you
guess what it is?
Melatonin? If you have enough melatonin, you live
longer. It's that simple, and many studies have
proven it. Yet melatonin is not the master key.
DHEA? By volume, it's the main hormone in your body.
Yet by age 80, you'll have just 5% of the amount
you had at age 20. That's not enough! Studies have
shown that low levels of DHEA is found in the blood
of people with cancer, heart disease, high blood
pressure, obesity, diabetes, and Alzheimer's. Still,
DHEA is far less of a variable in your longevity
than the master key below.
Finding the fountain
of youth!
All these take
a back seat to HGH........... Human Growth Hormone!
HGH is a blockbuster. Nothing even comes close for
power and sheer longevity.
In the landmark 1990 study (reported in the New
England Journal of Medicine), Daniel Rudman, M.D.,
gave HGH to 21 men between 61 and 81 years old.
The average man gained 8.8% in lean muscle (without
any extra exercise) and lost 14.4% in fat. In addition,
they had new interest in sex with better performance,
thicker skin, and many other benefits. Dr. Rudman
summarized the subjects' improvements as equivalent
in magnitude to the changes incurred during 10 to
20 years of aging. One subject said, 'I get up and
look in the mirror in the morning, and there's a
35-year-old man staring back at me!'
50-Something
forever, at what price?
HGH costs $10,000 to $30,000 a year for the injections.
A vigorous and comfortable life at 120 is now in
sight. Soon, people will live to be 150 or more...
But how? Aren't the costs too high for ordinary
budgets? It doesn't have to be - if you take advantage
of an incredible health resource I'm about to introduce
you to. An all natural, organic and effective, yet
low-cost solution - a solution based on one encouraging
medical fact: Your faithful pituitary gland when
working properly supplies plenty of HGH and will
likely continue to do so for the rest of your life.
A 1997 myth-crushing report was presented to the
American College for Advancement in Medicine by
Drs. James Jamieson and L.E. Dorman. They discovered
that the pituitary continues to produce plenty of
HGH well into a person's 70’s and 80’s.
That means we wouldn't need expensive injections
if only we could find a way to coax the pitutary
to produce all that perfectly good HGH out of its
hiding place in the middle of our brains. It's just
not being excreted into your bloodstream. By age
65, only 15% to 20% of it gets out and into your
bloodstream (compared to what got out when you were
25).
The fountain of youth - your Pituitary Gland.
So we just need to stimulate our master gland the
Pituitary and how about the Hypothalamus, which
also helps to regulate the Endocrine System. The
complex endocrine system regulates our hormone production
and communicates with the rest of our body to maintain
homeostasis (BALANCE) in the body.
A not very well know root plant
from Peru called maca has the amazing ability to
do just that. Maca is alive with a symphony of natural
ingredients. One of the reasons maca is so unique,
is the natural combinations of vitamins, minerals
and 19 amino acids.
What also makes maca so unique and
powerful is that it is grown at elevations of 14,000
to 16,000 feet in the Peruvian Highlands, in the
purest and most nutrient rich soil in the world.
Maca is a powerful adaptogen;
a substance (food or nutritive herb), which brings
the body to a heightened state of resistance to
disease through physiological and emotional health.
Maca is a whole-body nutritional food that benefits
your general wellness for a longer, healthier life.
It not only makes you look good on the outside it
also makes you feel good on the inside. With macas
natural compounds it has the ability to balance
and normalize the body’s entire system.
Scientists and healthcare providers consistently
emphasize the importance of obtaining all our nutrients
from whole foods such as maca. The proven health
benefits are actually created by the intricate interaction
of numerous supportive co-factors found only in
food, providing the necessary nutrients to keep
the body healthy and functioning efficiently.
Not in isolated, synthesized molecules that confuse
the pituitary into believing it has done it’s
job and becomes lazy. Maca wakes the pituitary and
hypothalamus up to do the job they were designed
for. Test- tube hormones simply cannot re-create
the magnificent synergy of your body’s natural
ability.
The remarkable thing about maca is that it doesn't
contain one molecule of HGH; it is simply natures
magical blend of proteins, vitamins, 19 amino acids,
and other pituitary and hypothalamus kicking nutrients.
Most people who try maca experiance more energy,
endurance, and muscle (with less fat). Some have
reported new hair growth, a restoration of former
hair color, and improved skin texture, among other
things like reduced LDL cholesterol, sharper vision,
improved memory, and better sex. Still,
with no side effects!
None of us want to take things that could mess up
our body long term, you'll be happy to know that
whereas HGH shots and bioidentical hormones eventually
make your pituitary lazy and reduce its output,
maca actually increases your own natural production
of HGH.
Maca has demonstrated through the ages of having
the power to energize and harmonize the body, creating
a youthful vigor!
