| The idea behind this
unusual aerobic exerciser called the Chi Machine
® was suggested by Dr. Shizuo Inoue, Chairman
of Japan's Oxygen Health Association. Dr. Inoue,

Lastly, I’d like to share
one story. Because we don’t have an elevator
in my two story office building, a large overweight

had to climb our two flights of stairs to my
